My stay at The Tokyo Edition, Toranomon was nice, primarily due to its well-designed spaces and attentive staff. However, I did encounter some issues, such as a pre-swiped deposit that caused initial confusion and disappointing cleaning procedures regarding the pillows in my room.

Rooms

My Deluxe Tower View King room was spacious for a Japanese hotel, although I noticed some noise from outside and was frustrated by the absence of fresh pillows after the stinky ones were taken away. It would have improved my comfort a lot.
Service
7.0
While many staff members were friendly, there were moments of impatience, especially during breakfast service. A male staff member's attitude was less than welcoming, which stood out in contrast to the overall positive service culture.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was practical, with a direct subway exit that was super convenient, especially during rainy days. It made getting around Tokyo a breeze, even though I found the heat a bit overwhelming at times.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast at the Blue Room included both western and Japanese options, which were good and refreshing. However, there was a mix-up with the menu that affected my breakfast experience.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasted amenities like room service and dry cleaning that enhanced my stay, although I did wish there were more options available in the gym. Overall, the facilities were sufficient but could use some improvement.

I recently stayed for 2 nights at The Tokyo Edition, Toranomon, and my experience was a blend of highlights and a few disappointments. The hotel is stunning, with well-designed common areas that truly stand out. While the staff generally exhibited friendliness and attention to detail, I encountered a few service hiccups that detracted from my overall experience.

Rooms

My room had a beautiful city view, and I found it spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels (definitely a plus!). However, I did notice it wasn't very soundproof, and I could hear noise from outside.
Service
7.0
The service was mostly friendly but inconsistent. Some staff members were extremely accommodating, while one interaction left me disappointed due to a lack of clarity and urgency.
Location
9.0
I appreciated the hotel's prime location with a direct exit to the subway, making it convenient to explore the city (especially on rainy days!).
Dining
7.0
Although I had in-room breakfast, which was amazing, I did encounter a mix-up with the menu during breakfast that disrupted the experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities offered covered all my needs, including room service and housekeeping. However, I had a complaint regarding the lack of follow-up on an issue with pillows that hadn't been replaced after being removed.

I had a wonderful stay at The Tokyo Edition, Toranomon, which was a fantastic ending to my time in Tokyo, especially as it was a mini honeymoon with my wife. The friendliness of the staff and their attention to detail made the experience nice, although I felt room noise could be an issue due to the nearby bar. Overall, I would definitely consider returning for a longer stay.

I stayed in a Premier Tower View King room, and the view of Tokyo Tower was stunning. However, I found the room a bit small for my liking, and the noise from the outdoor bar at night was distracting.

The staff were super accommodating and really attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Charles, the bar manager at the Gold Bar, for recommending great drinks, and Tuyet at the Blue Room for arranging lovely surprises for breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, which made it easy to explore the city. However, I found the busy atmosphere in the lobby and nearby areas a bit overwhelming at times.

The hotel offered excellent facilities, including room service and dry cleaning, which were very helpful. However, I did think the gym could use a bar rack to enhance the workout experience.

My stay at The Tokyo Edition, Toranomon had its highs and lows. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience more enjoyable. However, I was surprised by some noise disturbances from the outdoor bar at night, which disrupted my peace. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality but felt there were areas needing improvement.

Rooms

The Premier Tower View King room offered a stunning view of the Tokyo Tower, but I noticed that the room showed signs of aging. It was a decent size, certainly bigger than average for Japanese hotels, yet still a bit noisy due to external sounds.
Service

The staff were super accommodating and attentive to my needs. They executed surprise arrangements beautifully, especially at breakfast.
Location

While the hotel's location was bustling and accessible, the noise level from the outdoor bar made it less than ideal for relaxation during the evening.

The staff were incredibly friendly and met all my needs with impressive attention to detail. The hotel is well-located with direct subway access. very convenient, especially when the weather isn't great. The only downside was feeling the heat in the lobby, which I think may just be a cultural difference in Japan.
