My stay at The Tokyo Edition, Toranomon was nice, primarily due to its well-designed spaces and attentive staff. However, I did encounter some issues, such as a pre-swiped deposit that caused initial confusion and disappointing cleaning procedures regarding the pillows in my room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and met all my needs with impressive attention to detail.
